Pinheiros Altos on Sat, 14th Jun 2025 Sadly gone downhill Disappointing as course has clearly gone downhill. Appears a lack of investment. Fairways were heavily scorched, bunkers untidy with grass growing in some, cart paths in tatters, no starter, halfway house not open and no on course drinks buggy. Really disappointing as could be really nice as on previous visits was. Positives include club house terrace and friendly staff . |

What is very annoying is that there are no signes saying till where you can drive with your buggy, when you pass the line the screen is saying Go Back, taking minutes sometimes to do |

Laranjal on Fri, 30th May 2025 Laranjal- Yes Please 🏌️‍♂️ As always Laranjal delivers on quality, conditioning and playability. I rate it so highly because it has the flow of courses back home i.e no road crossing between holes. Hole 15 is a ball strikers dream and is so easy on the eye. Laranjal is always on our golf trip play list and I don’t ever see that changing 🏌️‍♂️ |

Quinta do Lago South on Thu, 29th May 2025 Quinta South one of the best Day 1 of the 2025 was at Quinta South and it was top class as always unlike the golf played ! Course was in great condition and even though it’s a long course you will nearly always find your ball unless it’s in the drink , we walked it with motocaddys and found it easy enough to do. We had an early flight in so went direct from the airport to the clubhouse where we had lockers for our bags, showers and breakfast , a perfect start to the trip , Quinta South is a must play in the Algarve |

It's a great layout with some great views, just needs some TLC. Especially all the cart paths. Still enjoyed it though. |

San Lorenzo on Fri, 9th May 2025 Don’t bother! Unless you like 5 hour rounds, I’d give it a miss. Tee times every 8 minutes and no visible ranger made it extremely frustrating. Poor condition of the cart paths and general infrastructure. It needs proper investment. |

San Lorenzo on Thu, 17th Apr 2025 Overall the quality of the course was much improved. The greens were excellent and the fairways were pretty good. The tee boxes and cart paths particularly require further maintenance. I was advised this is part of the plan to restore the club house and improve the quality of the course. The staff were extremely welcoming. I would definitely return and look forward to the club being restored to its former glory. |

San Lorenzo on Fri, 7th Mar 2025 San Lorenzo , a challenging 18th... We had a great day, with some amazing holes looking out across the nature reserve. The greens were in excellent condition, although some of the cart paths need some care. Tees were easy to find. The staff were top class, so kind and helpful. Fabulous customer care, despite their limited working conditions. We will certainly return on our next visit to the Algarve. |

Pinheiros Altos on Sat, 1st Mar 2025 Very disappointing and surprising When i made thé reservation for 11h i was told that 9h06 was the closest possibility as there were always 4 balls without any chance to play closer to 11h. I was astonished to realize in the course that there were many 2 balls in front. Myself playing behind. When I asked the starters why they did not arrange 4 balls all the way thé answer was that many people did not want to play with others and they would allow them to play 2 balls despite the affluence just to keep them happy. I found this reasoning irrespectful for visitors and it certainly did not help à fluent game. Very disappointing and irrespectful behavior. I will not return |

To say it was end of January and there had been quite a lot of rain the course was in quite good condition. They desperately need to Improve signage on the course moving from green to tee. Something so simple yet it would make a huge difference. |

Pinheiros Altos on Fri, 18th Oct 2024 Avoid playing the Olive 9 holes Played the Olive and Pines 9’s. Clearly the club has a problem on the Olive 9 holes as it is in poor condition with a lot of irrigation maintenance. Pines 9 was in better condition and a more interesting layout. |
